Chesterfield Valley Weightlifting offers programming for both Olympic style weightlifting and strength and conditioning.
- Classes are held Tuesday and Thursday 4 -6 PM and Saturday 11 AM – 1 PM. Class times are scheduled for two hours but athletes can come in anytime during the class time provided they can complete the prescribed training
- Barbell Club is free for CrossFit Chesterfield unlimited members
- Available personal training sessions.
- Coached by Joey Johnson – 2014 North Carolina State Weightlifting Champion (94 kg) and Pendlay Level I and II certified instructor
