About Crossfit Teens:
- Age Range: 11 – 15 years old
- Purpose: CrossFit is a fun and efficient way for teens to develop the strength, conditioning base and fitness to excel in the sport of their choice.
- Progression: Begin to introduce weight lifting movements, which are scaled according to each child’ physical ability. Once children reach the age of 16 years, we transition them into CrossFit classes with adults. The end results are athletes that are among the fittest on the planet.
- Coached by head trainer Justin McPherson. Justin has been coaching kids since 2007 and is CrossFit Kids certified.
